Added support for BosonOperator and BoseHubbard models (#352)

* added bosonic operator

* added support to various operator utils for the boson operator

* Added quadrature operators

* added normal ordering to the quad operator, made sure it satisfies the commutator test

* fixed normal ordering for BosonOperator, added tests for quad conversion and boson conversion

* added weyl ordering transformation

* Linted all changes against PEP8, and checked all additions were full covered.

* reverted to master copies of the examples

* changes to weyl and boson operator

* added sparse operators, separated weyl ordering into weyl quantization and symmetric ordering

* fixed some typos in the tutorial

* fixed an integer division bug that caused the sparse_tools test to fail on python2

* fixed alphabetical imports, merged the two number_operators

* merged bose_hubbard and fermi_hubbard

* merged all normal_ordered functions, moved them to utils, and fixed circular imports

* linted against PEP8
