76 tracking user behavior stvi (#450)

* adding an interaction reducer to track user behavior on bestil, husk, har læst, vil læse. These updates take effect on state and update in the database via the generic object endpoint

* adding fetch dispatch from user.middleware, to instantiate the data from the db.

* cleaned up comments and logging

* removed space in comment

* removed unnecessary state in reducer
