Aircraft steady example (#44)

* aircraft steady flight works with a single segment, but has issues with multiple segments

* aircraft steady cruise free altitude test case works with non-compressed transcription

* added documentation of steady flight example

* more cleanup of steady aircraft tests.  switched to MetaModelStructured interpolant so it can run on travis.

* commercial aircraft example added, uses steady flight assumption.  switched aerodynamics interpolation from MBI to MetaModelStructuredComp so that tests can be run on travis...20x slower.

* pep8 fixes

* adding mbi to travis since commercial aircraft example is otherwise too slow
