Update to tree docs/testing #457

* Removed `.addTreeObject()` - `.addTree()` now accepts both data types.
* Updated `.tree()` function to receive colours.
* Renamed `STRING` to be `UNIVERSAL_STRING`
* Updated `.setTreeColours()` & `.setAllColours()` to handle None values.

Updated testing to test xml object & `.tree()` function.
Updated docs to mention changes.
