Migrations cannot handle anonymous functions

The default value was using a lambda, which cannot be used with
the migrations framework. Also, the validator provided by
django_otp is an anonymous function, which is also troublesome.
Now that those functions are wrapped, makemigrations can work
without manually changing the models temporary.
