Admin interface changes

JobQueue:

* Remove from the main page (index) the "Reschedule All" , "Reschedule Processing" and "Reschedule Failed"
* Add a "Reschedule" button to the main page that will reschedule the JobQueues based on the current filter

BatchJob

* When viewing a BatchJob the associated JobQueues now have page_id and work_id columns shown

Work

* When viewing a WOrk the associated Pages are also shown
