Refactoring chapter collection in scraper
Replaced getting chapter links as needed with getting the entire list of chapters with their links. Better in the long run for displaying the available chapters to the user. Removed parameters from the chapter_pages function due to removing the retrieval of the chapter link from the function itself. Removed the chapter parameter from all functions, as it was no longer necessary due to refactor of the multipage generator. Generator no longer depends on the chapter being in the url, instead checks for when the entire url changes. Added tests for refactored functions and helper functions.
