Move bitcoind and c-lightning out of Docker

For bitcoind CloudFormation template mostly reuses what Docker was doing.

During ibd bitcoind is started as a regular daemon. On subsequent
boots it's started as a service under the bitcoin user.

Shutdown machine after IBD.

c-lightning is compiled from source and also started as a service.
