Fix test_cpp for MANUAL_VDB

* tests/test_cpp.cc (C(C&), C::operator=): Call new if and only if
level>0.
* tests/test_cpp.cc (C(C&), C::operator=, C(int), main): Call
GC_end_stubborn_change for the result of new operator.
* tests/test_cpp.cc (main): Call GC_end_stubborn_change after update
of *xptr.
