* Switch from Artillery Core to Artillery proper.

* Remove artillery-core from test scope.

* Adding updated package-lock for project and lambda.

* Updated labmda/package-lock.json from clean install.

* Added yarn.lock and read results asynchronously.

* Write script file asynchronously and add error-error checking.

* Remove debug output from test.

* Overhaul after PR feedback; includes promisification.

* Minor adjustments after final PR feedback.
