PERL-906 Relax Bool type constraint

Type::Tiny::XS 0.014 tightens the definition of the 'Bool' type to not
allow "boolean" objects. This commit defines 'Boolish' to be any type,
and we now uses 'Boolish' only for documentation purposes.
