Fix issue #3: No longer assumes tree structures
This required different solutions for JPype and Subprocess backends.
SubprocessBackend.py: no longer asks for CoNLL format since (standard)
    CoNLL format only allows for tree structure. Now reads the default
    output of the CoreNLP command line tool. Added debug option.
CoNLL.py: add from_stanford_dependencies readers. remove token_filter
    (no longer needed so it was unnecessary complexity)
JPypeBackend.py: fixed to no longer assume tree structure, added a
    lemma cache
test_conll.py: test new Stanford Dependencies readers
test_stanforddependencies.py: fixed CCprocessed tests so they're no
    longer trees
