Improve pipeline log at high level (#578)

This PR improves the organization of the log generated by the pipeline. No specific log message is added. Instead, 1) when the pipeline is about to start to be executed, it logs the pipeline steps, 2) when a step is going to be executed, it logs the name of the step and its number, 3) when a step is finished, it logs info like the step status, and 4) when the pipeline is ended, it logs the pipeline steps again with their status and execution duration. I believe these changes make more comfortable to read the log and to find stuff about specific steps.

Here is an example on how the log looks like (this log was generated by running the inspector for Bears with passing-passing pair of builds):
