add numerous functions to ContainerNode to allow efficient updating

Functions added to ContainerNode
.contains(),
.updateList(),
.at(),
.removeNodeAt()
and .removeNodesFrom()

Added .setContent to ListItemNode
Updated .itemContent and .remove on ListItemNode

Allow getting parents by relationships on StandardNode too.

Fixed issue with executing destruction of nodes in parallel. Now
destruction is serialised. It is slower but predictable.
