Commit Message

Updated Store interface AddClient()

This is required if we want to persist more state for a client
connection. The Store AddClient() signature had to be changed.

The SQL Clients table add to be altered to add a proto column.
We were storing only the client ID and HbInbox instead of a
full proto.
