Test the set up of mandatory parameters auto distribution.

Perform a series of assertions about the mandatory parameters,
`publisher` and `repository` related to the auto distribution feature.

 * Attempt to create a distribution with repository but no publisher.
 * Create a distribution with repository and publisher.
 * Update the distribution`s repository to None. Assert that an HTTP
exception is raised.
 * Update the distribution`s publisher to None. Assert that an HTTP
expeption is raised.
 * Update distribution`s publisher and repository to None at same time.
 * Publish the repository. Assert that distribution does not point to
the new publication.
