Updates .gitignore to exclude pytest

Ignore file will now block pytest cache directories from being included
by accident. However, Idea and Virtualenv directories will be removed
from the ignore file.
If you need to ignore these directories, set a global ignore file for your
computer and ignore those directories there as they are not specific to this
project.
