During index definition update, fts removes the older
partitions and add newer ones. The onClose method in
app_herder wasn&amp;#39;t doing a broadcast to notify the
blocked indexing routines upon the index slice deletes.
This fix addresses that problem by adding a notification
to the app_herder onClose method.
