huge compatibility breaking update to getMyFeesEstimate

- apologies for breaking if anyone was using it, but the return values
  were not properly parsed yet.
- add documentation for all in and out parameters for getMyFeesEstimate
- update tests significantly to test for all of the transformations made
- all return keys should be properly camelCased
- detail should return an array of FeeDetails, rather than an object that
  has a key called FeeDetail, that contains an array of FeeDetails
- identifier.isAmazonFulfilled is a bool now, instead of a string that
  looks like a bool
