Update to 1.4.5
* added ability to ignore fields or methods on a generic basis
* fixed a little classpath bug when handling classes that aren't subclasses of Object or Enum
* added ability to load additional jar files via the '-u' command line argument
* updated commons-cli from 1.2 to 1.4 because the builder pattern used was ancient and incorrect
* fixed auto injecting bug in DomainMapperMojoTest that came to life because of the new field/methodIgnores
