Merge pull request #55 from gdassori/verbose_getrawtransaction

add verbose getrawtransaction support and brings back vo_service coverage with a couple of getrawtransaction tests.
change getrawtransaction behaviour (it always download in verbose mode) and obtaion the merkle proof for confirmed txs.

a) needs caching.
b) need to increase coverage

but can be merged as alpha feature.
