 Auto kill detached validator (#415)

* beginning workings of the auto killer

* found the way to kill autoKiller on mac

* testing for windows

* Changed console logs with logger logs and made it so that when autokills exit, that it states that it will and, if on windows, delete the PID.txt file

* made it so that users can adjust the auto Killer time through the app's parameters

* make it so that the app callback is called only after the auto Killer is activated, if there is one and created some tests to test its capabilities

* Got rid of a console log

* fixed some things on roosevelt so that it will run the autoKiller if there are not params passed to it and fixed a problem with windows appearing on windows for killValidator

* make it so that there are no path conflicts later on

* got rid of something that does not let something that doesn't enable the validator run the cb, also fixed a hang up in the code that would not let mocha exit

* changed roosevelt so that both windows and mac/linux use the same method for starting and stoping auto Killer. Also made changes to htmlValidatorTest and roosevelt so that the autoKiller does not turn on in those tests

* added a test to see if the app will disregard the error made when fkill tries to kill a PID that doesn't exist and start a new one

* Made comments to everything related to autoKill Validator and its tests

* Changed autoKillerTime so that it is now in htmlValidator and not a separate param

* get rid of the logs I left in

* update the package.json test so that it also contains the new autoKiller time param

* changed the test so that now the files holding the PID will end up in the temp directory of the system and that roosevelt will still be able to grab those files later on

* moved starting of the auto killer to htmlValidator, added a verboseLogs param and made it so that autoKiller only outputs if its true, changed the name of the temp file holding the... (continued)
