Fix bug in PDF.writePages() (wrong assignment in for)

* The '_' in the for was missing, so 'id' was the loop's index,
  not the ID of the image! This caused image name in '/XObject'
  and '/IMG Do' not to match

* Add test case for PDF.DrawImage() to check that drawing an
  image on one page and another image on second page works properly
