Commit Message

Skip check of product repos and mirroring state when deactivating

Deactivation does not require that all the product's repositories be
mirrored. So we don't check for that anymore when calling
Systems::ProductsController#destroy, which is the endpoint used by
`SUSEConnect -d -p <product>`.
