sophia: reorganize and optimize page storage

Change page layout to optimize storage of any hierarchical
objects, like JSON.

Optimization allows direct access to a key stored inside
a document (value), without a need to have separate
key copy.

This feature is prepared for next release in mind
(support for a secondary indexes) but being added now
to avoid data format change in future.

This patch also solves problem with in-page fragmentation
due to possibility of different key sizes.
