Support of "context", "X-Broker-API-Originating-Identity" and multiple authentication (#10)

* - "X-Broker-API-Originating-Identity" HTTP header is decoded and made available for the service
- "context" dictionary is made available for the service (but its content is not checked (yet))
- Authentication is extended from one to a list of possible credentials and the "username" used to access the service broker is made available for the service.

* addition of context.organization_guid and context.space_guid checks
