:rocket: Updated API, modularization, and rewrites

1. Updated API
- `#median` has become `#mean` to better reflect its functionality.

2. Modularization and rewrites
- Core library has been rewritten to C from C++.
- Added comments.
- Heavily modularized - bindings are abstracted from the linear
algebra library, abstracted from helpers.
- C++ now only for binding native code to the Node runtime.
- Core native library will be exported to a separate library, to be
integrated with meetHere via a submodule.

3. Other
- Tests have been updated to reflect the new API.
- `binding.gyp` has been cleaned
- formatting rules have been updated for opinionated styling.
	- `yarn beautify` will auto-format the entire project.
