docs(badges): characterize code style as "Custom" rather than "Google"

Per https://google.github.io/styleguide/javaguide.html
1. "A Java source file is described as being in Google Style if and only if it adheres to the rules"
2. per 4.2, 2 spaces for block indentation.
3. But uPortal (intentionally) uses 4 spaces for block indentation. (cf. .editorconfig)
4. Therefore uPortal is not in Google Style
