updating threatstream downloader to be more unified class (#728)

* renaming threat_stream.py --> main.py to be more in line with other lambda funcs

* simpliying init of ThreatStream through use of properties

* updating cred loading code to be a little less complicated and not happen at init time

* moving handler into main.py and making lambda invocation part of the ThreatStream class

* moving end time buffer into ThreatStream class

* updating all threatstream tests for 100% coverage

* fixing long unit test in salesforce app tests, etc

* ensuring creds are not loaded more than once
