Commit Message

Merge branch smavros/feature-io-ovf into develop.

- Added support for writing and reading OOMMF OVF 2.0 format
- Removed support for writing Spirit plain text and csv formats
- IO API functions for reading can automatically detect the file format. No need to be specified by the user
- When reading .txt or .csv files, the IO API will try to read in the spin configurations similarly to before
- Simplified Dataparser and Datawriter files, added OVF_File and improved Filter_File_Handle
- Extended tests for the IO API
- Improved comments in simulation output
- Added input parameter and API for simulation output ovf file type (binary, text, csv)
