Simplify import

This update updates fancy's export so that it's much easier to import into
your project.

Previously:
```
import { withStyles} from '@helpscout/fancy'
```

Now:
```
import fancy from '@helpscout/fancy'
```

Fancy works exactly the same way.

Additional docs have also been added for Fancy.
