Commit Message

Refactor window struct to be in dunst.c

Move the window struct from xctx to a global in dunst.c and make all
functions that depend on the window require it as a parameter.

This effectively removes the hard dependency on a global window variable
outside dunst.c which makes it easier to implement multi-window features
later on.
