Commit Message

Add support for go dep

Add Gopkg.toml and Gopkg.lock to support go dep, but leave
the embedded vendor directory to preserve support for go get.
Remove examples from the embedded gorilla/websocket dependency
which are not required for the build and thus not relevant.
