fix(attributes): ensure model/models attribute return correct storage values.

affects: webiny-entity-mysql, webiny-entity, webiny-model

Because of dirty checks, in specific cases, storage value of model/models attributes would just end
up as empty object/objects respectively. Storage values of these attributes must always be full
objects.
