e2e: Make search, autocomplete tests more robust

The autocomplete case still failed on Travis after the previous commit,
so I found additional selenium-webdriver calls to help make the tests
more deterministic.

In the process, I realized the test case for search wasn't testing what
I thought it was. While updating it to use additional selenium-webdriver
calls, I found a bug whereby searching by target URL didn't return the
results in any kind of sorted order.
