fix #11, SubmitFeed broken, update to v2.2.3

- submit feedContent using query parameters instead of formData, as mws
  throws an error about not understanding the request when using formData
- add a test feed with a sku price/qty update. since testers that aren't me
  won't have that sku, it should accept the feed, but the system should
  reject it during processing.
- fix readme for feeds
- csv-parse=2.2.0, request=2.85.0, eslint=4.19.1, mocha=5.1.1, nyc=11.7.1
