[IMP] l10n_es_aeat_sii: Reorganize connection + better write back on cancel

* Reduce WDSL service connection code for avoiding to repeat conditions on
  each possible call, using a mapping dictionary that can be extended
  through class variable modification in _register_hook of inherited models
* Fine grain several things on the invoice vals write back on confirm invoice.
* Use the same strategy for writing back values on invoice for cancelling invoice.
