Fixes #158. Added SonarTS to project, tslint and package.json.
Resolved most applicable improvements. No actual bug found, just pitfalls and code style issues.

helpers/decorators/wrapInSequence.ts[28, 101]: file should end with a newline
helpers/logger.ts[70, 5]: Refactor this function to reduce its Cognitive Complexity from 21 to the 20 allowed.
ioc/interfaces/helpers/ISlots.ts[17, 2]: file should end with a newline
logic/block.ts[176, 26]: Move this array "sort" operation to a separate statement.
logic/round.ts[175, 7]: Move this array "reverse" operation to a separate statement.
logic/transactionPool.ts[30, 7]: Remove this use of "delete".
logic/transactionPool.ts[75, 7]: Remove or correct this useless self-assignment.
modules/forge.ts[25, 1]: Import sources within a group must be alphabetized.
modules/loader.ts[373, 7]: Remove or correct this useless self-assignment.

Some points remain about Cognitive complexity but refactor needed is not worth the effort.
Fix 1 integration test.
