Added back the 315 scheme constraints. insert_presentation() now forces NULL presentation field variables to be empty string. Corrected a bug in the old timestamp converstion to a time - the values yyyy-MM-dd are not recognized by the QTime.fromString() function, instead QDateTime.fromString() must be used if such values are present.
