[#742] Add different levels of comparison to equality methods of Person class (#844)

Person class contains only one equality method Person#equals(Object) 
which checks if all fields of the Person except tags are identical.

Two Persons of the same name that have at least one other equivalent 
identity field (phone or email) but different data fields (address and/
or tags), are considered different even though they are actually the 
same person.

Let's add another equality method, Person#isSamePerson(Person), for 
performing comparisons between identity fields and use this equality
check when adding or editing a person.
