requirements: upgrade raven and cryptography; tweaks to xrdcp usage

* Upgrade raven package to match production version (needed for Sentry).
* Upgrade cryptography to be compatible with pyOpenSSL so that Sphinx can be installed in Travis build.
* Use "-N" option with `xrdcp` command to suppress the progress bar from the log files.
* Better specification of temporary files to give same treatment with `cp` or `xrdcp`.
* Remove temporary directory after files have been copied to the data directory.
