Doc: fix relative URL conflict in uWSGI and Nginx config examples

Thanks to @lanery for bringing the problem to our attention. It turns
out that the relative URLs in the uWSGI mount parameter and the Nginx
uWSGI location block have to match exactly, including the trailing
slash.
