Merge pull request #117 from randomir/master

Cleaner use of config in (live) tests

Config used for live (SAPI integration) tests is now under full control of the caller (through environment variables). Also, the complete config is passed to Client, not only a subset, enabling the use of proxy, different default solvers, and other Client-specific custom parameters in future.

This PR sets the stage for performance testing, and enables integration testing on CI (issue #116).
