[new feature] Portal/Dialog: PurePortal, LayeredPortal, and Dialog animation (#787)

* feat: The refactor of Portal, more powerful LayeredPortal is provided, as well as PurePortal which replaces all the content inside its container.

* feat: Solve the dialog open & close animation issue.

* fix: test change.

* fix: move the dialog origin click handler to module level and before the class definition instead of inside componentDidMount, so that the initial openDialog command could also have the animation.

* fix: missing props
