DOM: fix custom content select's scroll-into-view behavior

The recently added feature to scoll custom content selects fully into
view caused scrolling problems in some contexts. For instance, adding a
volume node filter in a widget would scroll the whole widget out of its
frame. This is fixed now by using the very small jQuery extension
'jQuery.scrollintoview'. It can be found here:
