Commit Message

Fix: Update head during checkout operations

Checkout takes place during `build` command.
After checking out the build target, we also update
the head to that commit. This is essential because,
if the command fails unexpectedly
(e.g. user sending `kill -9`), the workspace
will have a state that is not represented by current head.

Closes #50
