feat: add done() (#102)

BREAKING CHANGE:
5.0 release
Adding `done()` to make consumption easier for the moment before the underlying data structure is stable.

Adding various expectations to make `satisfy()` easier to work with.
Now `nodejs` related code is moved to `komondor-plugin-node` so `komondor` can be used on the browser in the future.
