WIP: roosevelt.js 100% (#399)

* started to create test for roosevelt.js Created a test to check if roosevelt could work and initialize even if we do not pass a param object to it

* added a line that will make it so that npm run coveralls will not error out

* made a test to check if Roosevelt will still be able to initialize the app even when a callback is not given to the initServer function

* changed my test so that it can have the right app dir which the first rendition did not

* added some test to start looking at the core functionality of roosevelt

* debugging: seeing how many cores the testing enviroment has

* putting the cores number within how many we are allowed in travis ci

* fixed the check in the test that checks for setting the amount of cores based on the amount given through the command line

* Changed roosevelt so that if we do turn on multiple processes by changing the cores, it will be able to report that it closed the threads of the other processes when we close the main one, and changed my pervious test to check if the processes opened through the cores is closed before the whole app exits

* getting rid of a console.log

* Made a test that will check if Roosevelt will close connections made to its server if it is in the process of closing down before the connection finished

* added a test that checks if Roosevelt is creating a HTTPS server if the param is enabled

* added a test to check if Roosevelt would only make a HTTPS server if the httpsOnly param is true

* added comments to the test that do not have it, added a test to check if Roosevelt would default to 1 core if the number of cores the user ask is zero and added a test to check that production mode works on server

* added a test that will check if Roosevelt will change the localHostOnly param to true

* added a test to check if Roosevelt can also run on localhostOnly and production if https was enabled
