DOM: fix custom content drop-down's influence on window layout

Due to the use of scollIntoView() the enclosing CATMAID window manager
window can get scrolled, which in some situations results in small
visual glitches. A simple hack to fix this is to trigger a layout
redraw. There is probably a better solution for this though.
