refactor(ui): use Flatpickr for date/time input components.

affects: webiny-app-ui

Flatpickr is more lightweight, and can be used to not only create date, dateTime and time
components, but alse date range component. With this refactor, eonasdan datepicker and
bootstrap-daterange plugins were finally removed from package dependencies.
